Ticketing Aggressive Cars and Trucks
In recent years, P&S Transportation, one of the nations largest flatbed trucking and logistics companies, has participated in the TACT Program in Alabama each year. The Ticketing Aggressive Cars and Trucks (TACT) program is a high—visibility traffic enforcement program that uses communication, enforcement, and evaluation activities to reduce CMV-related crashes, fatalities, and injuries.
In this program, State Troopers ride as passengers with our commercial flatbed truck drivers, in an effort to reduce aggressive driving between passenger and large commercial vehicles. Troopers are looking for violations such as following too closely, improper lane use, drivers cutting off others, driving under the influence, failure to signal and speeding.
