Congratulations to Eric Lindsey for receiving the P&S Flatbed Driver of the Month Award for August 2016.
The driver of the month for August was nominated by multiple people in operations. The Director of our 3PL services stated, “Eric Lindsey is a driver based in Munster, IN and supports one of P&S’s growing customers. This customer has unique service challenges and requires the driver’s full attention and operational skills to meet the Key Performance Indicators set forth in our weekly scorecard. Drivers deliver to this account during “dark” hours, while the customer is closed, and enters the delivery location and self-off loads pallets and pipe utilizing the customer’s forklifts. Eric is open to change, willing to meet the customer’s needs, perform terminal support operations and support his fellow P&S drivers at the Munster location with a positive “get it done” attitude. Eric’s professional and flexible approach is one of the reasons that P&S has earned the reputation of tremendous customer service, a great place to work and our “out over the hood” vision of what customer service means. It is drivers like Eric that make it possible to support the ever increasing number of customers who expect more from their carrier that just showing up.”
Eric’s driver manager also nominated and expressed great appreciation for how much pride and dedication Eric brings to the job every day.
