    President and Chief Operating Officer, managing P&S and its daily operations. With P&S since 2007, Houston brings more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry.

    Keith Brown

    Role at P&S:

    VP, Eastern Division. Directs customer relations, sales and operations at the six P&S terminals in the East, from Nashville to New Jersey and Florida. With P&S since 2011, Keith started driving a truck in 1980 and has been in the trucking business ever since.

    What’s great about P&S:

    It’s all about the drivers. We treat them right, making sure they get home on weekends and for major events.

    “I enjoy playing with my grandchildren. And duck hunting is great, too.”

    Kevin Poe

    VP, Western Division. Directs customer relations, sales and operations at the P&S terminals in the West, from Birmingham to California. With P&S since 2005, Kevin brings 13 years of experience in the transportation industry, including almost 10 years in trucking.

    Joseph Thornton

    Role at P&S:

    VP, Maintenance. Leads the enterprise-level maintenance management program, from cradle to grave, including all equipment, processes, associated expenses and assigned personnel. Joining P&S in July 2013, Joseph brings 6 years of maintenance experience in the trucking industry, following a 21-year active duty career in the U.S. Air Force.

    Director of Safety, in charge of safety and regulatory compliance. With P&S since 2006, Johnathan brings 16 years of experience in the transportation industry, with 9 years in flatbed trucking.
